I hereby grant my consent/permission, in line with the declaration of consent below, for the processing, storage, and sharing with business partners of my personal data—explained in detail in the Privacy Notice and the company policies specifically prepared regarding the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, which I can access at any time on the membership screen, via the link sent by SMS, and on the website and mobile application of Derby V Lastik—by DERBY V KAYIŞI LASTİK SAN. By becoming a member of the website and mobile application belonging to Derby V Lastik in order to benefit from the advantages and campaigns offered by the website and mobile application, to create my Derby V Lastik PointCard membership under the loyalty program and benefit from the privileges provided by the membership, to be distinguished from users who shop without registering, to receive information about new features offered by Derby V Lastik on its website and application, to be informed about personalized and membership-specific campaigns, advertisements, discounts and promotions, to be able to use the Mobile Application and Website, to make purchases, to be informed about the services, to enable the execution of segmentation and marketing analysis studies regarding me, to communicate through CRM (Customer Relationship Management), to carry out practices such as notifications within the scope of communication, marketing and advertising activities of Derby V Lastik and its business partners on the Mobile Application, Website or other third-party environments, personalized campaigns and offers, pop-up notifications, and personalization of the application and website interfaces, to participate in surveys within the scope of corporate communications and events announced to me, to ensure and protect the legal and commercial security of the Company, group companies and persons with whom the Company has a business relationship, to record and verify my identity, address, contact and other necessary personal data for the purchases I make through Derby V Lastik stores/website/mobile applications, to issue all documents that will form the basis of transactions to be carried out in electronic or paper environment, to benefit from customer advisory services, to participate in events such as contests, sweepstakes, campaigns and invitations published on Social Media, the Mobile Application, the Website or other channels, to fulfill the requirements concerning me under the Law on Consumer Protection and the Distance Sales Contract, to be informed about updates made to the relevant articles, to provide information to the competent public institutions and public officials only as required by legislation in cases concerning public security, to use such information as evidence in potential disputes, to plan, manage, audit and execute processes for my information and transaction security, to prevent fraudulent or unlawful transactions, to store and report my information as envisaged by audit companies and regulatory and supervisory authorities, to collect, analyze, interpret and resolve my complaints and requests, to track and conduct my legal affairs and contract processes, to carry out and track my finance and accounting affairs, to ensure the security of data controller operations, and to collect my location information gathered via cookies and other tools through the Mobile Application and Website to be processed in line with marketing activities—within the purposes stated above and in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data—I consent to the processing of my personal data by obtaining, recording, storing, altering, updating, periodically checking, reorganizing, classifying, and retaining them for the period necessary for the purposes of processing or as stipulated by the relevant law.
Moreover, in the event of legal or service-related factual requirements, I consent to the sharing of my personal data with public institutions and organizations to which Derby V Lastik is legally obliged, with third-party service providers, supplier companies, Derby V Lastik’s business partners and stakeholders, as well as companies under the umbrella of the Group, which are resident in Türkiye or abroad, and, where necessary due to legal or service-related factual requirements, to their transfer abroad.
